5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and customized digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or work on the service has started, subject to applicable law.Refunds will generally not be provided after:A digital product or download link has been delivered.Premium account or login access has been activated.Digital files or resources have been accessed.Website design or development work has started.Custom design or development work has been initiated.A domain, hosting plan, plugin, theme, API, or other third-party service has been purchased for the client's project.Any refund required under applicable consumer law will be handled accordingly.
6. Website Design & Revisions
Website design packages include the features and services specified in the selected package or agreed project scope.Unless otherwise specified, a project includes up to 2 minor revision rounds. Minor revisions may include reasonable changes to text, images, colors, or existing design elements.Major redesigns, new pages, additional functionality, new features, or work outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete their project. This may include business information, text content, images, logos, domain details, and other relevant materials.The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials provided to MK Digital Seva can lawfully be used for the project.Delays in providing required information, feedback, or approvals may result in a corresponding delay in project delivery.
8. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services
Domain registration, web hosting, payment gateways, plugins, themes, APIs, and other external services may be provided or operated by third-party companies.MK Digital Seva is not responsible for outages, downtime, policy changes, account suspension, data loss, price changes, or technical problems caused directly by third-party service providers.Where domain or hosting renewal is required, customers are responsible for paying applicable renewal charges on time unless otherwise stated in their service package.
9. Account & Login Security
Certain digital products and services may require account registration or login credentials.Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and secure. Purchased account access must not be shared, transferred, distributed, or resold without authorization.MK Digital Seva reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where unauthorized sharing, resale, misuse, or other violations of these Terms are reasonably identified.
10. Intellectual Property & Digital Product License
Digital products sold by MK Digital Seva, including AI prompt packs, templates, guides, graphics, layouts, and other proprietary resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited license to use the product according to the terms provided with that product. The purchase does not transfer ownership of MK Digital Seva's underlying intellectual property.Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing of proprietary digital products is prohibited.
11. Digital Marketing Services
MK Digital Seva may provide digital marketing, advertising, social media, or related promotional services.While we aim to provide professional services, specific outcomes such as sales, leads, website traffic, search rankings, social media growth, advertising performance, or revenue cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.Advertising budgets and third-party platform charges are separate unless explicitly included in the selected service package.
